Privacy Policy

Any business or personal information collected will be for the sole purpose of conducting business with our clients and customers. We do not sell or release any personal information about our customers to anyone outside our organization without their explicit permission. Our web sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute business or personal information not entered by visitors using cookies or any other method.

Customer Service Policy

We strongly believe in Professional Competence, Conduct, and Integrity. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our clients and customers by providing quality services and products. The bottom line in our Customer Service Policy is 100% Customer Satisfaction. All disputes will be processed within 48 hours.

Certification Test Retake Policy

If you do not pass the certification test the first time, you are entitled to retake the test one time at no cost after a 1 day waiting period. If you do not pass the re-take test, you may reapply for certification after a 30 day waiting period. Application and certification fees will apply.

Refund Policy

Our service is 100% guaranteed.

  • Professional Certification: You are entitled to a 100% refund if you have not started or completed taking the certification test, and have not violated a PSI standard or policy. (see note below)

  • Professional Development Training: You are entitled to a 100% refund if you have completed two or less course assignments. If you have completed more than two assignments, then you are not entitled to a refund.

Important Note on Refund Policy: If you violate a standard, policy, or rule of Professional Standards Institute, you will not be entitled to a refund. For example, if you receive a professional certification and later violate our Code of Professional Standards and Ethics, your certification will be revoked and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you violate a posted rule on our site, such as not waiting the specified period for retaking a professional certification test, you will not be entitled to a refund.

To request a refund, simply send a request for refund using our contact page. For quality purposes only, please include the reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 72 hours.

No Employment Guarantee

Professional Standards Institute does not guarantee employment or acceptance of certification credentials. It is up to each individual employer as to which credentials they accept. The certifications offered through Professional Standards Institute is not a license to practice in any field. Certification holders must meet the federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding licensure.

eLearning Policy

The eLearning courses offered through Professional Standards Institute are for the purpose of Professional Development and Continuining Education only. They are not designed to prepare an indicvidual for employment or a career. They may be used for continuing education, professional or personal development, picking up a new skill set, advancement, or recertification.
